1. Subscription Refunds

EduNex offers subscription-based services. Refunds for subscriptions may be provided only under the following conditions:

  • You request a refund within 7 days of initial purchase.
  • You have not used significant portions of the product or service.
  • There is a documented technical issue that we’re unable to resolve.

2. No Refund Conditions

  • No refunds will be issued after 7 days of the purchase date.
  • We do not offer refunds for renewals of ongoing subscriptions.
  • Customized or institution-specific deployments are non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at support@edunex.comwith your purchase details and the reason for the refund. Our support team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

4. Payment Method and Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds may take 7–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
